About the role
You’ll build calm, repeatable delivery systems: pipelines, infra automation, observability, and security-by-default guardrails — so product teams can ship confidently.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines across environments (dev/sit/uat/prod).
- Harden delivery workflows with approvals, rollbacks, and progressive releases.
- Improve observability (logs/metrics/traces) and incident readiness.
- Partner with engineers to define deployment standards and runbooks.
- Automate infrastructure and reduce toil through smart tooling.
Requirements
- Strong experience with CI/CD and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Solid Linux fundamentals and scripting (bash, etc.).
- Experience with containers and deployment patterns (Docker, etc.).
- Practical security mindset (secrets, least privilege, auditability).
- Clear communication and an ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CDK/Terraform/Pulumi).
- Experience with observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, etc.).
- Platform engineering / internal developer tooling exposure.
